Dave Goldenberg is one of the most open-minded mandolin players living in North America today. As one of the first mandolin graduates of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, he has embraced and been exposed to a variety of music. He spent many years studying bluegrass, which in many ways, still informs a lot of what he does today. While in Boston, he worked on a variety of projects ranging from contemporary folkgrass, jazz improvisation and eclectic fiddle music. Shortly after graduating from Berklee, Dave moved to Nashville. It was there that he toured with rising songwriter Nora Jane Struthers. Since then, Dave has chosen to move back to Colorado's Front Range where he looks forward to working with old friends on new music. Feel free to check back often and see what this young, enthusiastic and versatile artist is working on.
